Has anyone else watched The Human Centipede II Full Sequence? Few questions?

What did you think of it? I watch a more than decent amount of horror movies and to be honest it wasn't THAT disturbing. It was messed up at some level, Martin's past, explains why he turned out that way, the whole explosive diarrhea in mouth thing was yuck, and several disturbing scenes but am I the only one that expected something much worse? And at the end, what happened there? It showed Martin watching the first HC film, did the events in HC 2 happen at all? What do you think?
