In the movie "Maria Full of Grace" (2004, made in Colombia), what is that big round cookie called?

It's a big round cookie-shaped thing, and the lady who's giving it to her looks like she's putting some sort of spread on it, (peanut butter? hummus?) Anyway, it looks good. It must be some sort of Colombian snack. (The movie in Spanish is called Maria Llena Eres de Gracia)
