Adam (2009)Synopsis:
Adam Ali is a 22-year-old with a Czech mother and a Libyan dad who at first glance seems to be a regular young guy. Nevertheless, four years previously he was a girl named Ameni. Then he had been prepared to admit publicly his plans for a sex change, after realizing in childhood that he had been born in the wrong body. In his father's country Libya he would have been stoned for that. But in the Czech Republic he has finally become a man after operations and hormone treatment, and mainly thanks to the support of his mother and girlfriend.
