It was directed by 'Eric Forsberg' (qv) and stars 'Tiffany (I)' (qv), 'Paul Logan (I)' (qv) and 'Barry Williams (I)' (qv). In the tradition of The Asylum's catalog, this film is a mockbuster of Piranha 3-D.
